We also pride ourselves in fostering a strong Bahraini culture in our company in which the talented majority of our workforce is Bahraini, we believe that Bahraini’s true potential can flourish if guided in the right direction, that’s why our strategy is, teaching our team is the core of everything we do and while doing that we learn a lot along the process”.

Eat station wants to push for a change in the cloud kitchen scene, aiming to open more than 100 branches across GCC. Eat station’s operations are twofold; the first part is delivering food from its 10+ restaurants to hungry communities locally, the second is assisting and offering local restaurants with streamlined operations support with clean, safe, state-of-the-art kitchen facilities.

Ali Mohsen Head of Digital was eager to share with us his vision “We are shifting towards a 360-degree holistic digital customer experience allowing our customers an optimum journey through all channels. We aim to scale quickly to new countries  and adopt a systematic approach that will create a seamless process in which we introduce new brands to new markets”.

Restaurants saw a big change in consumer behavior with COVID19, and Eat station makes it a priority to follow sanitization procedures with all the meals delivered to our customers. Mr. Hadi goes on to elaborate “ We’ve undergone a digital transformation which helped boost our sales to over two million orders locally.”

Box it, the popular Asian street food has now made its way to Dubai! Mark the date – July 29! It’s a great milestone for Bahrain’s popular franchise whose first shop started in UOB when the founder Hadi Al Dawani was still in university. Effort and persistence has paved the way for this venture to now make it to the highly populated area of Hessa Street.

Box it specializes in its hand-made noodles and is known for its signature Box It sauce that has captured many customer segments and became the talk of the town. The home-made comfort food specializing in quality and freshness of the noodles has really captured our customers’ taste buds, which helped boost sales for this fast casual restaurant concept. Box it caters to all types of segments; there’s even a category for healthy options to satisfy all of Box it customers’ tastes. The plan is to slowly expand their menu to further cater to all customer segments. It’s not just the quality of food that draws the crowds to Box it, but the urban street packaging of the brand that really makes it stand out.

Box it is part of Eat Co Middle East, the first Bahraini chain of restaurants to launch in the GCC using strategic partnerships with Kitopi.

Eat Co launched in 2010 in different locations within the Kingdom of Bahrain focusing on fast casual restaurants. Throughout 10 years we  have expanded from 1 single restaurant to 40+ restaurants, and currently we are working on our expansion in Riyadh with future endeavours to Kuwait. We are looking to continuously grow and partner with aspiring entrepreneurs

Eatco, is a virtual kitchen network that helps cook and deliver food to customers on behalf of restaurants through its own kitchens. It helps restaurants scale quickly in the digital age, rather than in the traditional brick-and-mortar way. Since its launch in 2010, Eatco’s team operates across over 14 kitchens and works with 34 restaurant partners across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

Today, while many food service businesses are struggling because of the pandemic, Eatco is powering through – in the last two months, the company has continued to hire for critical roles.
